From Nairobi to Nowhere: The Revolution They Can't Contain

We Are the Invoice You Forgot to Pay

We are not angry because we don’t love Kenya. We are angry because we do!

We are the generation that learned to code on cracked phones. We built businesses on borrowed data. We organized with no grants, no donors, and no political favors. We are the ones they dismissed as idle, distracted, and soft, until we flooded the streets and made the nation stop and look.

We are the invoice they forgot to pay. We have degrees, ideas, and grit. We speak three languages before lunch. We design, build, edit, publish, and yes, we lead. We are the global standard. Yet they expect us to live on scraps, paid in exposure, silenced with tear gas, and shipped off to foreign countries for low-paying jobs while they toast champagne with donors and pretend that’s development.
